Cool Springs and Lenox Village – I will be attending mornings this Fall.
Why did you pick Niki G’s Fitness Classes as your workout?
My friend (Abby) talked me into it, and I’ve been hooked on it for over a year!
What was your health/wellness/fitness situation before coming to Niki G’s?
Working out and eating healthy have always been a big part of my life. That said, for one reason or another I struggled finding a place that I 1.) Loved working out at 2.) Was challenged. Niki G’s filled the void!
What are your fitness goals?
To be five pounds lighter than I was before I had my daughter, Savannah.
What is your inspiration/motivation to get to class?
To stay healthy and manage work stress.
What’s your favorite Niki G Workout/Exercises/Class Format?
Bootcamp class when we run with weights and stop every 200/300 yards to do an exercise.
What’s your favorite healthy snack?
Almonds or hummus
What’s your favorite treat food?
Pizza
How do you find the time to exercise and keep it a priority?
I make it mandatory in my mind that I must workout (Niki G’s / running / lifting) at least four days a week. If it isn’t an option to quit, then I won’t!
What’s the most important piece of information you have learn from Niki G and/or your trainer?
You don’t need a bunch of fancy equipment to get a good workout. All you need is yourself!
