Why did you pick Niki G’s Fitness Classes as your workout?
I like working out with other women. They help me get through the workouts. I like the flexibility it offers.
What was your health/wellness/fitness situation before coming to Niki G’s?
I had been working out at another place and was starting to lose interest.
What are your fitness goals?
I would like to be more toned, lose about 8 pounds, and run in a 1/2 marathon!
What is your inspiration/motivation to get to class?
when my clothes fit loosely
What’s your favorite Niki G Workout/Exercises/Class Format?
I like the bootcamp and barre classes.

greek yogurt

How do you find the time to exercise and keep it a priority?
by going at 5:15 in the morning, the only excuse I have for not going is me being too lazy.
What’s the most important piece of information you have learn from Niki G and/or your
Nutrition is key–now if I could only follow that advice!
