Why did you pick Niki G’s Fitness Classes as your workout? I had tried out another boot camp and Nashville and did not enjoy it. Then, I saw the Style Blue Print ad and decided to purchase. After the first month, I ran a half marathon and felt in great shape so decided to continue working out.
What was your health/wellness/fitness situation before coming to Niki G’s?
The year before Niki G’s I ran my first half marathon without training like I needed to. Other than that, I hadn’t really done much since high school.
What would you say to someone who is thinking about quitting?
I took some time off because of a family situation. I’m still trying to get back into the swing of things, and it’s incredibly tough. When working out consecutively, I noticed I was much healthier and happier. Although it’s tough to always get in a work out, I have actually seen a decrease in my stress level each day I go to boot camp.
Why is Niki G’s Boot Camp the best choice for you?
I love that it is all women that are after similar goals. I also really appreciate that each day is a different work out. I have never had the same workout twice. The small class sizes are incredible as well since the trainer can focus on you.
What is your inspiration/motivation to get to class?
Kristin definitely motivates me and the scheduler. Knowing I have made a commitment to the class, the other women, and to myself keeps me motivated to attend.
What’s your favorite Niki G Workout/Exercises/Class Format?
I love working with partners. It helps me stay motivated!

Celery and light ranch

Sweet Cece’s Ice Cream
How do you find the time to exercise and keep it a priority?
By going in the morning, I get my exercise completed which helps make my day less stressful as well as wakes me up! Since joining boot camp, I don’t have to rely on coffee every day to start my day. Instead, I get a natural boost of energy.
What’s the most important piece of information you have learn from Niki G and/or your trainer?
It’s all in your mind. If you tell your mind you’re capable, you can do anything.
