Niki Gauthier has been a personal trainer for over 20 years, is former Home Shopping Network On-air Fitness Personality and Fitness Expert, and most importantly a wife and mother of two who understands the struggle of staying fit and balancing family/work life! She uses her experience as a  bodybuilder, model, and mother to design her workouts, encourage her clients and continue to motivate others to change their bodies with fitness and real solutions!

“I lost 12.5 pounds; 2″ from my waist; 1.5” from my hips. My weight recently hit an all time high and I was tired of not having my clothes fit properly. I had been looking for something that would help with my eating habits and I really liked the idea of cleaner eating. At no point during these past 4 weeks would I say I was starving from lack of food. In actuality, I usually didn’t eat the evening snacks because I was too full. The biggest challenge has been my water consumption – I am not a water drinker, but I made my daily goals (usually)! I am now 12.5lbs lighter, lost 3.5 inches and I have dropped 1:37 off my timed mile run. Success comes gradually …” K. O

I never felt comfortable to wear leggings in the past but I find myself rocking out with my leggings more often than not. And I do find myself looking in the mirror more.
