I am a 56 yr old woman. I have been pretty sedentary and felt I had no positive outlet to really tackle my health and well-being. Having reached that “time” in my life when metabolism had slowed to a screeching halt & weight was impossible to lose-I decided that I was not going to “give up” and become a dumpy old lady…
Last August I found out about Niki G’s boot am and signed up to see if I could endure such a workout. I was embarrassed, to say the least, that I could not compete any sequence or rotation. I continue to attend & my progress is steady-this a journey that will take time but reap great rewards in the long run.
The Bikini Challenge intrigued me, so I signed up. The meal plans were tasty, easy to follow and I was never hungry.
