*Members must attend at least one Kettlebell class during the first week of the session to drop in the rest of the month.
Kettlebell training is a unique type of exercise practice that requires dynamic movement targeting endurance, strength, balance and agility. It can be challenging, efficient, intense and effective when learned correctly and practiced regularly. Because the kettlebell exercises use the whole body as one unit, one movement will engage many muscles, therefore burning many calories. As a result, weak links are revealed and can be fixed. The body regains proper muscle balance and improved functionality for daily activities.
Women can benefit in the following ways:
*strong bones and joints from load bearing workouts
*strength without bulk
*endurance and stamina with little impact on joints
*proper body mechanics, muscle balance, function and range of motion
All of this together creates a strong, lean body!
