TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY! Stephanie has come much further than the scale will ever represent at Niki G’s Fitness Studio Cool Springs! Read her inspiring story below!stephanie before and after 2Just over two years ago my husband & I moved to Franklin, TN for a new job. After many years of traveling out of state every week for work I had the opportunity to make a move that would decrease my travel and increase my quality of life. The years of airports, hotels, and poor meal choices had led to a gain of 40 pounds on top of the weight I was already carrying.
It didn’t take long to get settled and see how active the community is! Around this time two of my Facebook friends were posting frequently about their success with Boot Camp classes. Two years ago this month I saw another post that once again inspired me and at that moment I pulled up Google and set out to learn about Boot Camp! Within 15 minutes I had signed up for Niki G’s New Member Special for 6 weeks. Those first 2 visits I questioned that I had wasted my money and I wasn’t coming back. But, I so vividly remember Alisa helping me do a situp, literally having to assist me! That was at the end of the 2nd class and I remember thinking she knew who I was and I had to come back now!

June 2012 began my journey! I have consistently signed up month after month. I have lost a total of 54 pounds since my high when I moved here and I went from wearing plus size clothes to a size medium (18W to size 10.)
I have consistently signed up month after month. Some months may only consist of 8 visits and some months have been unlimited depending on my work and travel schedule.

I have come far in this journey and the most important part is that I have learned it is MY journey. When I started it was about losing pounds on the scale and I have come much further than the scale will ever represent. I’ll continue to post on Facebook about my activities and I hope that I can assist someone in their own journey.

Allison, Alisa, Niki and the ladies at the Cool Springs Studio inspire me daily. In the last 5 months I have stepped up my successes with consistent class attendance, utilizing Niki G’s amazing Meal Plans, and training for my first half marathon, the Country Music Half Marathon that I completed in April with Team Niki G in 2 hr and 24 minutes. I am proud of that and am going to sign up for another to beat 2 hours!
