28 Days of 100 rep workouts to help you get STRONG and tone-up in all the right places!

  • Get accountability for achieving a healthier and more fit body in August!
  • Monday  August 4th-30th
  • Full-body strengthening and sculpting exercises each day and rest on Sundays.
  • Add to any exercise program or repeat circuit 2-3x’s for a complete workout at home or at your gym.
  • If working out at home, you will need at least 4 set of dumbbells. For example 8lbs, 10lbs 15lbs and 20.
  • Check in daily once you have completed your 100 reps. Use #nikigs100 when posted on Facebook, IG or Twitter!
