Niki Gauthier has been a personal trainer for over 20 years, is former Home Shopping Network On-air Fitness Personality and Fitness Expert, and most importantly a wife and mother of two who understands the struggle of staying fit and balancing family/work life!

As a trainer, it is very frustrating to watch your clients give it all they have at their workout and then have them make bad food choices. I know that if they would use the same energy and attitude they have towards their workouts as they do towards their food, they would see better results, feel better and even uncover all that shapely muscle they have been working on! Exercise

Your workout program is designed for you and your goals! This online based program allows you to access your workouts from your mobile device, tablet or computer and there are demonstrations for every exercise on your plan.

Niki G Boot Camp members will receive a plan which includes both their classes and at-home workouts.

You can also you use your Online Training account to track all your fitness activity.

Nutrition

You will be empowered with nutrition tips and information and provided with a sample nutrition program customized for you.

Online Training Success! (These are from just four weeks on Niki’s Fitness and Nutrition Plans!)

“I lost 12.5 pounds; 2″ from my waist; 1.5” from my hips. My weight recently hit an all time high and I was tired of not having my clothes fit properly. I had been looking for something that would help with my eating habits and I really liked the idea of cleaner eating. At no point during these past 4 weeks would I say I was starving from lack of food. In actuality, I usually didn’t eat the evening snacks because I was too full. The biggest challenge has been my water consumption – I am not a water drinker, but I made my daily goals (usually)! I am now 12.5lbs lighter, lost 3.5 inches and I have dropped 1:37 off my timed mile run. Success comes gradually …” K. O
