March 4th- March 30th

April 29th-  June 1st Five Weeks (limited schedule Memorial Day Weekend)

Summer Session I

June 3rd- June 29th

Summer Session II

July 1st- July 27th (limited schedule July 4th-6th)

Summer Session III

July 29th- August 31st (Five Weeks)

Fall Session I

Sept 2nd- Sept. 28th (Limited Schedule Labor Day Weekend)

Mid-Session Start

For the BEST experience, start your program at the beginning of any session, especially if you are at a beginner level. However, if you prefer to start sooner, you may enroll into a session already in progress by choosing a package with the number of class you can complete before the end of the session. Requests to add remaining classes to the following month’s package will be considered in the case there is not enough time to complete the minimum of eight classes.

Early morning workouts have never appealed to me. I am so glad I did it. I am so thankful my girlfriends recommended this boot camp. I have never seen the sun rise in TN. It is a great part of the morning to be up and going. I am already seeing and feeling results and have only attended a full two weeks of classes.
