Niki G’s training group is of members of all running and fitness levels. Running Group and Race Training is include with your Boot Camp Membership.
Niki specializes in helping women run their first 5k or half marathon by incorporating cross training, group runs, and an overall training program to be ready to finish their first race strong! Her motto is simply “set BIG goals and take one step at a time.” She believes all women deserve to take time for themselves through training and to experience the feeling of completing a race!
